The Uvitron PortaRay UV curing system is the go-to solution for portable, lightweight, and versatile UV and visible light curing applications. With a curing area up to 5" x 5", the PortaRay excels at curing small parts and weighs just 3 lbs., making it ideal for tasks that demand frequent mobility.
This system includes an enclosed headrest, providing secure lamp head placement and light shielding during idle times. For added convenience, an optional latched bottom accessories box is available, perfect for storing and transporting the headrest, UV glasses, power cord, and adhesives. The lamp head is adaptable for handheld curing or can be mounted on a stand, conveyor, machine, fixture, or robot. Thanks to its straightforward yet advanced design, the PortaRay is exceptionally user-friendly and reliable, eliminating any learning curve or setup time.
