Uvitron IntelliRay UV Flood Curing System Overview
The Uvitron IntelliRay is a compact and fully programmable UV flood curing system. This microprocessor-controlled system integrates all components into a small, easily mountable lamp head, which can be placed on the optional Rayven benchtop curing chamber or anywhere on the factory floor without the need for extensive cabling or remote power boxes. Simply mount the head, connect the AC line cord, and begin timed exposure curing.
Featuring an integrated retractable shade shutter, the IntelliRay ensures repeatable exposure timing and user protection from UV rays. The system’s LCD display and digital keypad simplify programming and monitoring curing operations. An 8" x 6” curing area is evenly illuminated by a long-life arc lamp and parabolic reflector, powered by the advanced UV Power-Plus Lamp Driver. The lamp head includes a convenient carrying handle and sliding height adjustment bracket for ease of use.
