Uvitron IntelliRay Quad UV Flood Curing System Overview
The Uvitron IntelliRay Quad is a large area, programmable 600-watt UV flood curing system with all components integrated into a single unit. It can be easily mounted on the optional Rayven Quad benchtop UV curing chamber or placed anywhere on a factory floor, requiring minimal cabling and no remote power boxes. Simply mount the lamp head, connect the AC line cord, and begin timed exposure curing.
This system features an integrated retractable shade shutter for repeatable exposure timing and user protection from UV rays. The LCD display and digital keypad simplify programming and monitoring of curing operations. Equipped with four long-life arc lamps and parabolic reflectors, it illuminates a 16" x 12” curing area with evenly distributed UV light. The arc lamps are powered by the advanced UV Power-Plus Lamp Driver. For a more compact option, consider the IntelliRay.
