Basic Handheld Fluid Dispensing System Overview

Activated by a simple lever, it allows for effortless control of fluid flow, making it ideal for applying dots, beads, encapsulation, or potting without the need for a controller.
Handheld Diaphragm Dispensing Valve
The ergonomic, all-plastic handheld valve is engineered for dispensing low to medium viscosity fluids. It operates via a unique floating diaphragm process, where pressing the finger switch flexes the diaphragm to allow material flow. Releasing the switch instantly stops the flow, ensuring clean and controlled dispensing. Its ergonomic design ensures fatigue-free handheld dispensing, making it easy to apply precise amounts of fluid.

- 12 oz Pressure Cartridge: Uses a metal cartridge retainer with an air cap to hold plastic cartridges, mounted on a stand for stable operation.
- 2-Liter Pressure Tank: Compatible with standard 1L or 2L bottles, minimizing contamination risks from moisture or air exposure.
- 5-Liter Pressure Tank: Holds industry-standard 5L or 1-gallon bottles/cans, ideal for higher volume dispensing needs.
- 2-Gallon Pressure Tank: Stainless steel tank with an oval opening in the lid for direct fluid pouring.
