This pneumatic adjustable needle valve is used in a wide range of applications for fluid and adhesive dispensing. It offers a pneumatically triggered single action spring valve close that can also be connection for air closing without the sprint (double acting). The Techcon TS5420 is available in a standard configuration or in a stainless steel version.

Details
The Techcon TS5420 pneumatic needle valve allows for precise dispensing of a wide range of fluids and adhesives. Dispensing can be done in dots or lines and can be adjusted with stroke control to fine tune the amount of adhesive being dispensed. The TS5420 offers a compact size and is easy to mount for desktop applications.
