The Techcon TS5540 precision spray valve comes can be used to dispense oval or circular patterns in a range of diameter sizes. This spray valve is designed to eliminate overspray while maintaining a uniform spray pattern. It offers a long life cycle and precise shot control when used in conjunction with the TS500R digital controller.

Details
The Techcon TS5540 spray valve has an external stroke control making it easy to fine tune the flow of material being dispensed. This valve is made with FDA complaint 303 stainless steel in both the air cylinder and fluid housing. An easily replaceable shot off made of Derlrin® allows for positive shut-off and long life cycles. The compact design makes this valve a favorite for integration into automated applications and processes.
Nozzles types include an elliptical (F) pattern and a round (R) pattern which are both available in .014", .028" and .046" diameters.
