Dispensing Ratio Configurations
- Configuration A allows for 1:1 and 2:1 ratios
- Configuration B allows for 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1 and 6:1 ratios
- Configuration C allows for 4:1, 5:1, 6:1 and 10:1 ratios
System Volume Configurations
Standard Volume Dispensing Option
The standard-volume dispensing option is an adjustable, split body pump. It comes preset to your specified ratio and is fully adjustable within its range. The maximum viscosity is up to 5,000 cps. It meters up to one quart of unmixed two-part resin per minute.
High Volume Dispensing Option
The high-volume dispensing option is a larger version of the low-volume option and can meter up to three to four quarts of unmixed two-part resin per minute at 45cc per shot.
Features of the Two-Part Dispensing System with Piston Pump
- This pump can dispense viscosities up to 7,000 cps. Higher viscosities, up to 14,000 cps, can be dispensed using an optional heater.
- It meters up to 1 quart of unmixed two-part resin per minute.
- Output per stroke; 10cc at 1:1, 15cc at 4:1, and 18cc at 2:1
- comes standard with a 1-gallon resin reservoir.
